Carey and Dadaru (Pty Ltd) are both 100% Aboriginal owned businesses. The owners of these Companies have formed the new venture with the vision of creating opportunities together. Carey’s owner is a Traditional Owner from the Goldfields area and Dadaru’s owner is a Traditional Owner from the East Kimberley area. The newly formed company will contribute to the achieving of set goals – Traditional Owner Engagement, securing a long term contract with a Tier One Mining Company and diversifying our business activities.

CareyMC has been formed with an aim of pursuing government and private sector construction contracts; providing project management services and complete infrastructure solutions as opposed to simply supplying onsite support services. By combining the capabilities and contracting experience of the two partnering entities, CareyMC has the capacity to contract directly with infrastructure owners to deliver entire projects or civil packages and in turn, diversify the employment and training opportunities for current and prospective Indigenous employees of the new company.

Wiilmen represents collaboration between Carey and Nyoongah Elders, and community leaders and members primarily from the Gnaala Karla Booja (GKB) claimant area. The venture provides a diverse range of economic participation opportunities for Nyoongah people in the GKB area. The strategic alliance is focused on building capacity amongst the Nyoongah claimants, exploring new business opportunities, expanding existing markets and ensuring a successful economic base.

CAdd Building and Maintenance is an Indigenous owned company formed through a partnership between Carey and Add Building Group. The CAdd team has developed strong, long-term relationships within government and Indigenous communities, and takes pride in delivering quality projects in both metropolitan and remote areas of Australia.
