Carey is proud to invest in community programs that improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people and communities. We support initiatives that demonstrate clear benefits and a commitment to improving the quality of life of Aboriginal people.
|Yule Brook College
Carey has formed a five-year partnership with Yule Brook College to offer the innovative ‘Makerspace’ project to develop students’ skills and knowledge in the areas of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics). The Makerspace encourages experimentation, exploration and sharing of tools, materials, knowledge and expertise. Through Carey’s support, the Makerspace provides opportunities to hundreds of students to develop their skills and knowledge.
Carey is proud to support Goldfields Girl 2017. This valuable community initiative aims to instigate positive change in the personal and professional capacity of young Indigenous women, directing them to make positive life choices and forge constructive pathways.
